Getting Started
Signing up for W3 Shopping Cart gives you a license to use W3 Shopping Cart on one(1) website for as long as your monthly subscription is current.
After you sign up, your W3 Shopping Cart will be setup immediately and your User name and Password will be emailed to you.
W3 Shopping Cart Support
Using W3 Shopping Cart is intuitive and easy. We are constantly releasing new upgrades into W3 Shopping Cart, including the help tips and help section. However, should you have questions, please contact us. We're available 8AM-5PM Monday - Thursday Mountain Time. Any urgent matters can be handled online at http://www.w3now.com/support and entering you urgent issue; our 24/7 support team will be notified immediately.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your W3 Shopping Cart monthly license, you must do so in writing 30 days in advance of your next billing date. If your W3 Shopping Cart account is active at any time during any month, your account will be charged for that month.
If you ever wish to cancel your W3 Shopping Cart license but keep your bonus web hosting account, the hosting will cost $10.99 per month, paid for 12 months in advance ($131.88).
Subscription Terminations
If your account becomes overdue by 30 days, then your W3 Shopping Cart will be suspended until your account is brought current. If you have the bonus free web hosting with your W3 Shopping Cart license, your web hosting will also be suspended until your account becomes current.
If we cannot contact you, or you do not bring your subscription up to date within 30 days, your W3 Shopping Cart and free hosting account will be terminated. However, you will still be responsible for paying all past-due fees up until the termination date, even after the termination of your account.
Bonus Free Web Hosting with Unlimited W3 Shopping Cart Package
The bonus free web hosting is completely optional. You do not have to host with us to use W3 Shopping Cart.
Bonus Free web hosting lasts for as long as your W3 Shopping Cart account is current. There is no time limit; will never be charged for the free web hosting as long as your unlimited W3 Shopping Cart account is current.
Free web hosting is only for these Top Level Domains (TLD's): com, net, biz, org, info, tv
The bonus free web hosting includes 1 forwarded email address. For example: xxxxx@yoursite.com can be forwarded to another existing email address of your choice, such as xxxx@yahoo.com.
If you ever wish to cancel your W3 Shopping Cart license but want to keep your bonus web hosting account, the hosting will cost $10.99 per month, paid for 12 months in advance ($131.88).
